How do I know which package is right for me?

What is your turnaround time?
 

Our standard turnaround time is up to 15 business days from the date we receive your signed agreement, initial payment, completed onboarding questionnaire, and all required materials.

 

Need your materials sooner? Rush Turnaround options may be available for an additional fee.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Flexible payment options are available for qualifying packages. Payment plans are designed to make our services more accessible while allowing clients to receive the support they need.

 

What information do I need to provide?

 

After onboarding, you'll be asked to provide relevant materials such as:

  • Current Resume

  • Federal Resume (if applicable)

  • Job Announcements

  • Cover Letters

  • Certifications

  • LinkedIn Profile

 

The more information you provide, the more effectively we can position your experience.

 

Do I need to have a resume already?

 

Not necessarily. While having a current resume is helpful, we can work with clients who are starting from scratch or need significant updates to their existing materials.

 

How many revisions are included?

 

Each package includes one round of revisions. We encourage clients to thoroughly review their documents and submit all requested edits at one time to ensure the most efficient revision process.

 

Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

 

What is included in the Federal Resume Conversion & Optimization service?

 

This service is designed for clients who already have a federal resume and need it strategically refined, condensed, and optimized. We review your existing federal resume, strengthen content, improve organization, and align it with current federal hiring best practices.

 

Do you guarantee interviews or job offers?

 

No. While we provide strategic career support and professionally developed materials designed to strengthen your candidacy, hiring decisions ultimately remain with employers and hiring agencies.

 

Our goal is to help you present your experience effectively and position yourself as a competitive candidate.

 

Can you help with both federal and private-sector resumes?

 

Absolutely. We support professionals pursuing private-sector, federal, or dual-track job searches and can tailor materials to align with the unique requirements of each hiring process.

 

What happens after I sign my agreement?

 

Once your agreement is signed, payment is received, and onboarding is complete, we'll begin reviewing your materials and developing your personalized career strategy. You'll receive updates throughout the process so you always know what stage your project is in.

 

What if I have an urgent application deadline?

 

If you're applying for a time-sensitive opportunity, please let us know as soon as possible. Rush Turnaround options may be available depending on our current workload and project timeline.
